Let's start this baby off right, by talking about something that is so easy to procrastinate, and even easier to fix!
When is the last time you printed your photos?
I sometimes get anxiety, when I look over at my desk and see the three external hard drives sitting there. The three digital age photo albums, they sure looked a lot different when I was a kid!
I remember pulling the photo albums off the shelf, flipping the pages and looking at all the memories my parents had captured for us. The grandmas, the cousins, the trips to the woods, my brother and I jumping off the edge of a dam to make it look like we were jumping off a cliff, pretending to be rodeo stars in our cowboy hats. Page after page of fun family memories filled these photo albums.
Now I look back over at my external hard drives and I cringe, when was the last time I did a photo print dump? What will I do when external hard drives are no longer a thing? What will my kids do when they cant plug the external into their flying laptops!? So this my friends, is why I print. Maybe I don't do it as often as I should, but I do have boxes of prints ready to hand off to little hands who want to see their childhood.
This is what I like to do.
1) COSTCO god bless Costco and all its bulk item glory. With the Costco app, you can sync your Facebook, Instagram, and photo album from your phone, tap all the photos you want. Add them to the cart and voila! Send to the store for one hour pickup. What I love about Costco (other than having samples while I shop) is that they are affordable and a beautiful quality! I once printed 385 photos in one order and it cost me around $20.00.
2) Artifact Uprising – Another print app that allows you to easily upload photos from your camera roll or Instagram feed. Created for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch, this app is free from the Apple Store. Products include square print sets, softcover photo books, wood prints, thank you cards, and wood calendars. Product prices vary, but all of this can be done on your mobile device.

3) Groovebook – This is an app created for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch. Upload 100 photos per month to this app and they’ll mail you an album of your photos. The album is 4X6 and each page is perforated so that you can easily tear photos out and slip them into a frame. $2.99 monthly – & shipping already included! Win!
4) Mpix photo – This is where the professionals like to go, when were not going to Costco! They have created an app that allows you to upload photos from your camera roll, Facebook, or Instagram and order a variety of print sizes as well as other neat products. The best part about it? They have AMAZING customer service!
